What is REMIND?
Two very important programs and applications The Directors, Band Booster Club and Students and Parents use are the CHARMS Website and the REMIND application.
CHARMS is a program the Band Directors use to track and send out information to Parents and Students. The CHARMS Calendar is used heavily for posting all Band and Guard Events, Football Games, Practices, Contests. Parents can sync these events to their personal calendars and sign up to volunteer at some of the listed events.
REMIND is a program used by the Band Directors to send out quick text messages in a safe enviroment to parents and students. Mostly used to organize the students and volunteers and notify parents of upcoming events or Drop-Off/Pick-Up Times.
Below is some useful information for each program and how to access them.
ABOUT CHARMS
Charms is an office management system that allows the Band Directors to distribute information to the MWHS Band and Guard students and parents in a secure setting. It allows access to scheduled calendars events as well as informing parents in the daily volunteer opportunities available to them.

Stay up to day on all Scheduled Band and Guard Events - football games, contests, practices, performances.

View and sign-up for Volunteer Opportunities off and on the field.

Donate needed supplies or snacks for events.
